Ever had a low-vibe day where your to-do list runs a mile long but all you want to-do is curl-up in a ball and watch Netflix? Sometimes they can stretch for days and then we're suddenly feeling even worse because we're mentally beating ourselves up for being lazy, not getting things done, and creating an even larger to-do list.  Totally been there. 

However, it's on these days that I think it's essential to show up twice as powerfully for ourselves. Really. Today, we're talking about showing up for yourself, even when you don't feel like it.
